I read every message that comes through here. I try to respond within a few days, but I have a day job and this site runs around it, so sometimes it takes longer. If you are asking about a correction or something factually wrong, I prioritise those — they matter more than general feedback.

What I Can Help With

  • Corrections: If something in a review is factually wrong — incorrect pricing, outdated feature information, a mischaracterization of how a tool works — please tell me. I take corrections seriously and update pages promptly when they are warranted.
  • Tool suggestions: If there is an AI tool relevant to a profession covered on this site that I have not reviewed, I am genuinely interested to hear about it. I cannot commit to reviewing every suggestion, but I read them all.
  • Professional experience: If you are a physician, attorney, teacher, HR professional, accountant, or other practitioner with direct experience using an AI tool I have reviewed, I want to hear your perspective — particularly if it differs from my assessment. Practitioner experience is more valuable than any lab test I can run.
  • Editorial questions: Questions about methodology, affiliate relationships, how I evaluate specific tool categories, or any other editorial matter.
  • Privacy requests: Requests related to personal data handled by this site (see the Privacy Policy for details on what is actually collected).

What I Cannot Help With

  • Technical support for tools reviewed on this site. I am a reviewer, not a vendor. If a tool is not working as described, contact the tool's own support team.
  • Professional advice. I cannot tell you whether a specific AI tool is appropriate for your specific clinical, legal, or financial situation. That requires a professional assessment of your specific context.
